BIOGRAPHY

From Detroit, Michigan, Safiya Webster is a senior studying Social Relations and Policy with a minor in Philosophy and Law. She works as a DEI Assistant in the JMC Diversity Office under Assistant Dean Brian Johnson. Safiya has also been involved in the College Inclusion Committee for two years, where she helped to create the college's first DEI Strategic Plan. Though, outside of JMC, Safiya also serves as the President of the Black Undergraduate Law Association and is involved in campus ministries, like the Salt Company.
