Date: Nov. 19, 2025
Time: 5 to 6:30 p.m.
Location: JMC Library, 332 Case Hall

The third installment of JMC’s Hip-Hop and Public Affairs dialogue is a BRIDGE event highlighting Hispanic/Latinx contributions to Hip-Hop — from its roots in the South Bronx to its influence today. The conversation will explore questions of community, culture, and public policy, while examining themes of coalition, tension, language, and visibility. Together, we’ll reflect on how the culture — and the communities that shape it — can continue to thrive.
