Green and White Days are offered on July 17 and July 20–23, 2026, with the same experience available each day. You’ll connect with campus resources, learn more about Spartan life, and visit areas of campus not typically included on a standard tour.
JMC will host academic information sessions daily from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. in Case Hall during Green & White Days. Register to attend via MSU Office of Admissions.
Fall Visit Days are your opportunity a closer look at JMC’s majors, the residential community in Case Hall and the career paths Madison graduates pursue. Current students, academic advisors, faculty and alumni will share insight into the application process and student experience, with time for questions throughout. Each session closes with a student ambassador-led tour of Case Hall.

Junior Visit Days are designed specifically for high school juniors and will help you explore how JMC can support your academic goals and interests. You’ll hear from Madison faculty and staff and take a tour of the academic areas of Case Hall (this tour will not include residence rooms). Most importantly, you'll connect with current students who will share their experiences and give you insight into what life is like as a Madisonian.
2026 Junior Visit Days have now ended. Registration for 2027 events will open next spring.

High school students and families are invited to learn more about James Madison College (JMC) — MSU’s residential college specializing in public policy and international affairs — during Fall Visit Days.
These events will help you learn more about JMC’s majors, residential college living, future career paths and Madison student experiences. A panel of current students, academic advisors, faculty and alumni will provide insight into the application process, selecting a major and answer all of your questions. After the presentation, you’re invited to join a student ambassador for a short tour of Case Hall to learn more about life at JMC.
