Biography
Kelsey Turner joined James Madisons team in January of 2023 as the finance director. Before joining JMC, Kelsey spent five years with the College of Veterinary medicine overseeing the financial and HR operations of an academic unit. Kelsey graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in finance and earned her Master of Business Administration from Davenport University.
