Biography

Mark Axelrod holds a joint appointment in James Madison College and the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife. His teaching and research center around international and comparative environmental governance, with a focus on justice outcomes. Professor Axelrod teaches International Environmental Law and Policy (MC/FW 450), Natural Resources and Environmental Governance (FW 813), Public International Law (MC 362), and Politics of International Economic Relations (MC 221), as well as 1st year and sen
