Biography
Professor Stein-Roggenbuck's research focuses on the history of American social policy, health care and parent dependency policies. Her books include "Negotiating Relief: The Development of Social Welfare Programs in Depression-Era Michigan, 1930-1940" (Ohio State University Press, 2008) and "Caring for Mom and Dad: Parent Dependency and American Social Policy" (Cambridge University Press, 2023).
