Post-Conflict Assistance to Ukraine: What to Expect?

Retired Senior Foreign Service Officer and former USAID Mission Director to Ukraine, Susan K. Fritz, will discuss possible elements of and considerations for a post-conflict assistance program in Ukraine based on her experience with 1) overseeing USAID’s programming to mitigate the impacts of Russia’s aggression in Ukraine from 2016-2020 and 2) establishing USAID’s democracy program in Bosnia in 1996 following the signing of the Dayton Peace Accords.
