2023 University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum (UURAF)

Fri, April 14, 2023 9:00 AM at Breslin Center & Zoom

The 25th annual UURAF will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Breslin Center and online. Student registration is due on February 9 at 11:59 PM.

UURAF (pronounced: you-raf) provides Michigan State undergraduate students with an opportunity to showcase their scholarship and creative activity. Held each spring, UURAF brings together an intellectual community of undergraduate students to share their work with faculty, staff, peers, and external audiences.  Participants will gain experience in presenting their research, answer questions about their work from audience members and guests, and receive constructive feedback from judges.

UURAF 2023 will be a hybrid event on April 14. In-person activities will be held at the Breslin Center. Virtual activities will be hosted on Symposium by ForagerOne. Poster, oral, performance, film, and exhibit presentations will all be on display. The event is free and open to the public.

Students must register to present at UURAF by February 9 at 11:59 PM Eastern. Registration ensures a presentation slot in the preferred modality. Abstracts/proposals do not need to be complete at the time of registration. Final edits to your registration and abstract will be due by March 3. Late registrations will be placed in a virtual section unless openings are available elsewhere at the event.
