After the collapse of the Palestinian-Israeli Camp David peace negotiations in 2000 both sides accused each other of being a “non-partner.” In the 22 years that passed since, there were few official negotiations between the sides. But the reality of the conflict forces them to talk with each other while claiming that this is impossible. The lecture will discuss seven such methods used by the sides in order to preserve the needed connection although claiming that no negotiations are taking place.
