College Fairs & High School Visits
Representatives from James Madison College often travel with the MSU Admissions Counselors as they visit high schools throughout the Midwest. We are also often found behind the MSU table at college fairs around the country.
You and your family can also set up an individual appointment to meet with an advisor in the JMC Recruitment Office. Please call 517-353-5260 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
Appointments over the summer (May-August) include a meeting with a JMC academic advisor. They do not include dorm tours, class visits, or meetings with students or faculty. Over the summer, James Madison College faculty and students are generally not in session and routine maintenance of Case Hall is being performed. Also, during the months of June and July, Case Hall is the home of the Academic Orientation Program for all students admitted to MSU for Fall 2018, so academic advisors are generally unavailable from Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-4pm. Please keep this in mind when reaching out to schedule a visit.

General Campus/Dorm Room Tours
Please note a visit at James Madison College will primarily focus on the Madison program, and -for safety and security reasons- will not include viewing a dorm room. You may want to consider scheduling an MSU Admissions visit on the same day as your James Madison College visit to learn more about MSU’s campus and offerings. These visits can be scheduled online. If you would like to see a dorm room in South Neighborhood like those in Case Hall (suite-style), you can sign up for a specific hall tour through the REHS Outreach Office at (517) 884-0640 or online.
