2030 Strategic Plan

Our Charge: Each generation of the college has strived to make the college better and meet the challenges of its times. This strategic plan is a part of that process. By returning to our roots of innovation and experimentation we can renew and continue our quest for educational excellence. JMC must continue to advance the impact of our educational programs; to invest in our students, faculty, and staff; and to grow our residential community to better meet individual needs and address society’s challenges. 

The faculty and staff of JMC have prepared this strategic plan that will advance the success of our students and the college as a whole, renew the strengths of the Madison living-learning community and meet the challenges of public affairs in the United States and across the globe.
