Specializations

You may find that your related area coursework leads you to pursue a specialization, a field of focus that will be officially indicated on your MSU transcript. Area studies specializations that are particularly relevant to CCP majors include:

Madison College is home to four specializations. In addition to the Muslim Studies and West European Studies programs listed above, you may want to look into its specializations in Political Economy or Science, Technology, Environment and Public Policy (STEPPS ). Other relevant thematic specializations at MSU include International Development , Peace and Justice , and Women, Gender and Social Justice, among others.
