Lindsey Thornhill – City Year Detroit
Lindsay is the Recruitment Manager at City Year Detroit, an AmeriCorps program for young adults up to age twenty-four.  Lindsay helps to manage the recruitment and selection of candidates to fill full-time, 10 month positions with City Year.   Her responsibilities also include developing and managing relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and community groups to increase awareness of the national service movement.  Lindsay has previous experience in public housing administration, university outreach and community economic development. She is a 2003 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University .
