Andrew Hubbs - Hubbs & Hubbs
Andrew Hubbs was born in Chicago ( St. Charles ), Illinois in 1974. He grew up in Troy , Michigan . Andrew graduated from Troy High School in June 1992 and entered Michigan State University that following August. He graduated from James Madison College , majoring in Political Economy, in December 1996. Following graduation, Andrew accepted a sales position at Gage Products Company selling petroleum-based solvents to the automotive industry. The following year, Andrew entered Michigan State University College of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University ). Andrew graduated from law school in June 2000. After passing the Illinois bar examination, Andrew and his wife, Colleen, whom he met in law school, moved to Chicago where he pursued an LL.M. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law with a focus in Financial Services Law. Shortly thereafter, Andrew began work with one of the largest creditor bankruptcy firms in Illinois . In 2002, Andrew and Colleen moved back to Michigan . Andrew went to work for another large creditor firm specializing in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. In 2004, Andrew pursued his goal of opening his own law firm. Andrew J. Hubbs, P.L.C. is a general practice firm with a focus in criminal defense and civil litigation. In 2004, Andrew and Colleen welcomed the first child, a son named Alexander. In 2006, a second son named Jacob was born. Andrew aspires for Alex and Jake to become future Spartans and someday join his law firm.
